Pre Wax Tips

  • Do not take Ibuprofen or aspirin before your wax appointment (Tylenol is ok it doesn't thin the blood)

  • Do not drink caffeine or alcohol

  • If you are on your period you can still get waxed, you will however be more sensitive

  • Make sure you are hydrated

  • Shower and lightly exfoliate before your appointment

  • Do not shave before your appointment (we need at least 2-3 weeks of hair growth for the wax to grab the hair)

  • Do not tan before your appointment. If you have a sunburn, you should wait until your skin is healed to be waxed

  • Any medications should be discussed with your Greenville Spa Wax Technician for possible contraindications

  • You can get waxed while pregnant
